"Fees popped up at the last minute"
I was surprised when the extra fees didn’t show up until checkout. Ugh. It would’ve been nice to see the full price earlier instead of finding out right at the end.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole return process has been a mess. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but the timing really couldn’t be worse and it’s been frustrating.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about doing an exchange here, mine took way longer than expected. The whole process felt really slow, and when I reached out to support, the replies weren’t very clear or helpful. I was left waiting without really knowing what was going on. Definitely something to keep in mind before ordering.

I ordered from skh.com the other day. simple. The pages loaded fast, payment didn’t give me any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up almost right away. No weird steps, no confusing parts. Just kind of went through it and was done. Happy with the whole thing.

I ordered from Stauffers Of Kissel Hill and the delivery was faster than I was expecting. My stuff showed up in just a few days, and the tracking was decent enough, I think. The box did have a small dent, which made me a little nervous, but the item itself was totally fine. Overall it went smoothly, so 4 stars feels fair, right?

"Issue got fixed, but it took forever"
I had an issue with my order and ended up reaching out to skh.com support. They did get back to me eventually, but the responses were slow, and I had to repeat the same details more than once, which got frustrating fast.
To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole process felt way more difficult and drawn out than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, just definitely not great.

I ordered this from Stauffers Of Kissel Hill the quality is good. It feels solid, looks mostly like what I was expecting, and—actually, the only thing I noticed was a tiny mark in the finish. Not a huge deal at all, just something I spotted. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy it again.

I’d give Stauffers Of Kissel Hill 4 stars, mainly because it felt like a good value. I was ordering something for my home setup, so I compared a few places first, and their prices were reasonable. The whole order process went smoothly enough. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it got the job done and I felt like I got my money’s worth. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from skh.com and the item did arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was a letdown.
The box was really thin and already crushed on one side when it showed up. There wasn’t much padding inside either, so the product had clearly been sliding around during shipping.
What confused me a bit was the email made it sound like everything was packed carefully, but that’s not really what I received. Nothing was completely broken, but it looked rushed and messy, and for the price I expected better

I had a smooth time using Stauffers Of Kissel Hill. My gut feeling was that the site is straightforward and not trying to make things harder than they need to be. Pages loaded without any issues, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around forever. The only thing that stood out to me was that a few of the menu areas felt a bit crowded, like they could use a little breathing room. Overall though, it left a good impression

I reached out hoping to get a simple issue sorted out, but the support team made me feel like I was bothering them. They talked down to me and didn’t really offer much help. It’s not even about the problem itself at this point, I get that things happen, it was more about how dismissive they were while I was just trying to get some assistance.

I was interested in a few of the products, and they seem decent enough at first glance, but the descriptions didn’t really give me much to go on. It felt like they were more focused on getting me to buy than actually helping me understand what I was paying for. Maybe the products are fine, but the lack of clear info made me hesitate.
